Our Returns & Shipping Policy
Returns are accepted within 21 days of receiving the product as long as it is in its original condition (meaning items must be undamaged and in original packaging to proceed with a return).
Please note:
- Refunds with an original receipt are issued in the original form of payment shown on the receipt.
- Credit card purchases are refunded only to the same credit card used to purchase the item.
- Unfortunately, we cannot refund shipping fees.
- Prepaid return labels are currently not available.
- Any product returned outside of the return policy will not be processed.
- Exchanges, store credits and/or refunds will be issued only after returned goods have been received and inspected by our warehouse to confirm they meet our return-eligible criteria above.
- Please allow up to 10 business days to receive and process your return request after your return package has been shipped.
